1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Certain items, such as Artworks, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- To start a return, contact our support team at Sales@Abeautyme.in with your order details and reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Sales@Abeautyme.in with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- For approved returns, a prepaid return label may be issued in specific cases.
